We want to start off early. Where do we catch buses? I will be staying at All Star Sports resort does the buses comes directly to the resort? Does the buses take us to the theme park or do we need to catch the monorails? and if so where are the monorails?

    Hi Johnetta,

Thanks for visiting Disney Parks Moms Panel. It's great that you're planning your Walt Disney World vacation and also great that you like to get an early start for your magical days!

One of the best features of a Walt Disney World vacation is the complimentary Resort Transportation that makes it easy to get around from magical place to magical place.

I'm happy to say that yes, the Walt Disney World Bus Service will take you from Disney's All-Star Sports Resort to the theme parks. The bus stop is in front of Stadium Hall where check-in is located.

While you don't need to catch the Resort Monorail, I most definitely encourage you to experience it. The Monorail is such a marvel that I always describe it as a must-do attraction. If you''re visiting either Magic Kingdom or Epcot, you'll see where you can board the Monorail near the park entrance. Even if you only choose to enjoy the Monorail around the Magic Kingdom Resorts, it is a tour worth taking.

Johnetta, here's wishing you a most magical vacation.

    Enjoy your Disney!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
