Can I start making a dining reservation at 12:01am on the day that's 180 days prior to the date I want the reservation? I know it's a totally "OCD" question but I have been locked out of places I've wanted to eat because I waited too long to rese

    Hi Wendy,

Thanks again for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your questions!

You can begin making your reservations for dining at Walt Disney World 180 days before the date you wish to dine.  If you are staying at a Walt Disney World resort hotel, you can make dining reservations at 180 days before the day you check in, plus up to 10 subsequent days.

There are two ways that you can make your dining reservations for Walt Disney World.  First figure out the day that you can make your reservations.  This would be exactly 180 days ahead of your dining date if you are not staying at a Walt Disney World resort hotel, or 180 days before your check-in date if you are staying at a Walt Disney World resort hotel.  On this day, you can start making reservations at Disney Dining online at 6:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, and you can call Disney Dining at (407) WDW-DINE (407-939-3463) for these reservations starting at 7:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.

I hope that this information is helpful for you, Wendy!  Have a wonderful time planning your Walt Disney World vacation, and please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
