We would like to start early and visit Disneyland with my granddaughter, but our hotel reservation says that our check in is at 3:00 p.m. We need to park our car at the Paradise Pier Hotel, but our check-in as I said is at 3:00 p.m. What do we do?

    Hi Angelyn!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thanks for your wonderful question. I can't wait for you to stay at Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel. You will love the relaxed atmosphere of this seaside-inspired retreat.

I'm happy to inform you that although your room may not be ready until 3 PM on the day you arrive, you are more than welcome to begin the check-in process early that morning. We have often checked in at our Disneyland Resort Hotel very early in the morning so that we can even make use of our Extra Magic Hour hotel benefit. You will be allowed to park at the hotel, leave your bags at the Bell Desk, receive your room key, and even use hotel amenities and the pool prior to your room being ready. Once your room is ready, you will get a text message alert with your room number.

Keep in mind that these benefits also apply to the day you check out. For example, you can continue to use the Bell Desk, pool, and parking through your whole check-out day. These are some of the great reasons we love staying on Disneyland Resort property.

I hope this helps, and I just know you will have a Fantasmic vacation!
