    When will they start dismantling the grand Floridian gingerbread house? We will be at wdw from dec 30-Jan 7.

    Hi Nancy,

    I was just at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa this past weekend...the gingerbread house smells and looks as amazing as usual! 

    I'm so happy to tell you that you'll be able to enjoy it too!  The decorations are typically on display through the first week in January in the parks and resorts, but just to make sure that you see them, I'd visit early on during your trip.  I also suggest that you ride the monorail and visit Disney's Contemporary Resort and Disney's Polynesian Village Resort.  The decorations are gorgeous there too!
