Hi Kara! Thanks for stopping by planDisney!
You and your party are going to be in for such a fun time if you're staying at a
Deluxe Disney Resort and planning on staying for
Extended Evening Theme Park Hours! I love every single
Disney Resorts Collection hotel I've ever stayed in, but the perks of staying at a Deluxe Disney Resort are certainly getting better and better! In my experience, when the Theme Parks close to the general public you'll find that the lines really dwindle and you and your fellow Deluxe Resort Guests can quickly jump on all of your favorite rides and attractions!
To fully take advantage of this amazing benefit you'll need to have either a
Theme Park Reservation at the Theme Park that has Extended Evening Theme Park Hours that night or a
Park Hopper Option Theme Park Ticket. If you're planning on adding on the Park Hopper Option to your Theme Park Ticket just remember that you'll need to visit whichever Park your Theme Park Reservation is for first and you're able to start "hopping" to any of the four other Theme Parks anytime after 2 p.m.
I personally love park-hopping and can't remember a
Walt Disney World Resort vacation that my family and I didn't purchase it for. We often spend our morning in one Theme Park, head back to our Disney Resorts Collection hotel in the afternoon to swim and nap, and then head to a different Park in the evening for dinner and fireworks! To me, there's nothing better than an
Advance Dining Reservation at EPCOT at the
Garden Grill Restaurant followed up by the new nighttime spectacular,
Harmonious!
While you're visiting, you might think of also adding
Disney Genie+ Service to your Ticket! With this Service, you and your family will join "Lightning Lanes" and essentially "skip" many of the lines for some of the most popular attractions! This is a great way to pack more fun into your day and really make the most of every magical moment of your vacation.
Happy planning!
