Start date at beach club is July 1, 2026 when can I reserve a cabana

Welcome to planDisney, Janis! Thanks for sharing your question with us!

I’m thrilled to help you with this question. My family stayed at the Beach Club Resort on our last trip to Walt Disney World, and we had an absolutely amazing experience. Its proximity to both EPCOT and Hollywood Studios makes it a great option, but Stormalong Bay really stole the show. I’m pretty sure my kiddos could have skipped the theme parks and spent every day of our vacation at this epic pool, and been totally happy.

Poolside cabanas can be booked 60 days in advance of your visit by calling (407) WDW-PLAY or (407) 939-7529. For an arrival on July 1, 2026, that means you can reserve your cabana at 7 AM Eastern Time on May 2, 2026. So be sure to set an alarm and some reminders for that date!

The Cabanas at Stormalong Bay, which is shared by both Yacht and Beach Club Resorts, include the following amenities:

    - Dedicated Cast Member providing service to the cabanas
    - Cocktail service
    - Ceiling fan
    - Padded furniture, including chairs and couch
    - Television with cable access
    - Charging outlet/USB
    - Mini refrigerator stocked with complimentary sodas and water
    - Fruit basket (may not be available without advance reservation)
    - Plush towels
    - Cabinet safe

I believe the cabana cocktail menu is the same as Hurricane Hana’s, which is located just outside the pool area. If that’s still the case, I would enthusiastically recommend the Cape Codder and Captain’s Mai Tai.

Janis, I hope you have a great visit to the Beach Club Resort and Walt Disney World. Pop right back if you have more questions. Your planDisney pals are here to help!

    Magical travels!
