I see Starlight: Dream the Night Away runs July 20–Aug 2, but not after. We’re visiting Aug 3 and hoped to see it. I know it won’t run on party nights, but what about other dates? Will it return after Aug 2? Thanks for any info you can share!

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Stevie!

Welcome to planDisney! We are THRILLED you stopped by and honored to help you plan your upcoming trip to Disney World! Get ready for unforgettable memories, MAGICAL moments around every corner, and all the Mickey-shaped treats your heart desires. From the thrill of your first sighting of Cinderella Castle to the fireworks lighting up the night, your adventure is about to begin! Just know we can't wait to "See You Real Soon!"

I know every Disney fan is getting ready to experience the brand-new kind of nighttime sparkle! Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away is the first new nighttime parade at Magic Kingdom in nearly a decade! This dazzling celebration begins on July 20, 2025, with performances at 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM on select nights. Expect glowing floats, shimmering costumes, and your favorite characters lighting up Main Street in ways you’ve never seen before. It’s not just a parade—it’s a dream come to life, filled with music, movement, and pure Disney enchantment.

While the current schedule only shows it running from July 20 through August 2, don't lose hope if you arrive August 3. Disney hasn’t officially announced dates beyond that, but here’s something exciting to consider. Since we do know the parade won’t happen on Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party or Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party nights, that strongly suggests it will return on regular non-party nights later in the season. Disney often rolls out limited previews before a fuller schedule drops, so these dates could be a sneak peek of what’s to come. While it’s not guaranteed yet, all signs point to Starlight twinkling well into the fall! Be sure to check out the Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date information and the My Disney Experience app as your trip gets closer. After all, you might just find yourself dancing under the stars with this dazzling new parade.

If you have other questions, please let us know. We are here to help in any way we can!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
