    When the Star Wars Resort opens in 2021, will the guests keep their customs that they will receive when checking into the Resort or will they have to return them back to the Resort?

    Bright Suns, Michael, and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm so glad to see you here again because I was able to give you some information last year about the brand new Star Wars-themed Resort Hotel experience that's coming to Walt Disney World Resort. Now that you're back with more questions about this exciting new addition, I do have a little bit more information that I can tell you so let's dive right in!

    Since we last spoke, we found out that this new Resort Hotel is going to be called Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser and you and your family will be able to board a launch pod to take you to a ship called The Halcyon beginning in 2021! It will be an immersive two-night experience where guests will all board and depart together like the cruise ships we're used to here on Earth. You can sip on some exotic cocktails from all around the galaxy in The Silver C Lounge, and adults and children alike will be able to test their Force-sensitivity and wield a lightsaber in exercises with Jedi Training Droids. There will also be a stop at a spaceport of call: Black Spire Outpost on the planet Batuu! The Halcyon has its own direct access to Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge so you can get your feet back on land after spending a little bit of time in space. We don't know about any costume elements yet or if guests will be able to take them back home when they leave, but I'm sure there is a lot more exciting information to come about Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser this year.
