As a Star Wars Fan I am building my Jedi Outfit and am making sure the Cloak will be long enough but not too long that it would touch the ground.i would have the complete outfit and have a backpack to carry the Cloak in to comply if need be. Is that possi

Bright Suns, Eric and welcome to our special slice of the galaxy here at planDisney!

Throughout my journeys with planDisney to places as far out as the planet Batuu, I've always loved seeing the kinds of things that other travelers have decided to wear for their visits out to Black Spire Outpost. As a fellow Star Wars fan and wearer of Jedi outfits myself, I'm glad to be able to provide you with some intergalactic intel to help you prepare for what (and what not) to wear:

    • While the restrictions against Inappropriate Attire remain in place, along with the expectations under the Guest Courtesy and Attire Policies for adults looking to dress up - the Security Cast Members at the entrance to Disney's Hollywood Studios appear to let through all kinds of Jedi and Sith, Resistance and First Order folks alike dressed in their best. I've personally observed the swish of cloaks and robes and even armor pieces that seem to emerge from the darkness during the evenings in Batuu when photos wielding glowing lightsabers just seem that much more epic.
    • Policies may be subject to change without prior notice and may also be at the discretion of the Cast Members and their leadership to determine what is or isn't permitted but from my observations most folks have been careful to ensure that their outfits do not drag on the ground nor restrict their vision like masks would. (It might be a good idea to keep your cloak in your bag so that it can be safely inspected by Security as you make your way in.)
With the introduction of Capture Your. Moment on Batuu, I've spotted so many more folks and families seemingly coming from all across the galaxy completely dressed up for the chance to book their own private photo session and document their Star Wars adventures. I have also noticed that it's become quite popular to reserve one of the later slots at Oga's Cantina in order to exit into a much quieter - and emptier - Black Spire Outpost after a drink to cap off the evening. Similarly, booking one of the last sessions at Savi's Workshop means being able to ignite your lightsaber and see how much it lights up the night!

Wishing you all the best on your quest to be well-dressed on your interplanetary adventures!
