The Star Tours ride in Hollywood Studios WDW seems to say that a person can stay in their manual wheelchair during the ride. Is there a version of the ride which is stationary and the person can see the 3D movies but not get shaken around by the ride?

Hello Cindy!  Star Tours at Disney's Hollywood Studios has some amazing 3D effects and will definitely make you feel as if you are inside of the movies.  However, this type of action is not for everyone - myself included!  Unfortunately, there are no stationary seats available, so you may want to sit this one out.  If you are feeling brave though, I am told the seating up front is the least problematic for those with motion sensation issues.  Just let the Cast Member know that you would prefer the least amount of movement and they can direct you to the best possible seating for you.

Good luck, and thank you for your question.  Have a magical day!
