Hey Luann, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
I recently stayed at Disney's Pop Century Resort with three of my very best friends. We had an epic friends' weekend together at Walt Disney World, and made so many magical memories, took amazing pictures, ate and drank all the fantastic treats, and laughed until our stomachs hurt. I can't wait to do it again!
We did all squeeze into one standard resort room, and it worked for us, but we were comfortable sharing beds and giving up a little privacy. A Family Suite at Disney's All-Star Music Resort is an even better option because you'll have more space, more sleeping options, two bathrooms, and a bedroom with a door on it for extra privacy.
The Family Suites at
Disney's All-Star Music Resort sleep up to six adults. In the bedroom, you'll find a Queen bed and door that can be closed for privacy or if someone wants to nap or go to sleep early. There's also a Double sleeper sofa, a sleeper chair, and a sleeper ottoman. Whether this layout will work for your party really depends on your group – if you have people comfortable with sharing a bed, you'll have more options.
Luann, I recommend taking a look online for videos or photo tours of these rooms to get a feel for whether you think this will work for your group. There are also Family Suites at
Disney's Art of Animation Resort (those feature a different layout) and also 1-bedroom options in
Disney's Deluxe Villa Resorts (those come with full kitchens, which are great for traveling on a budget).
Have so much fun with your planning, and please stop by again!
Wishing you a magical vacation,
Robyn
