Will the All Star Music will be opened for October 2,2021? Is the hotel rooms and facilities refurbished?Do you have photos?

Hi Migdalia! Welcome back to planDisney.

October is going to be a truly magical time to visit the Walt Disney World Resort! In honor of the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World's opening, The World's Most Magical Celebration will kick off on October 1, 2021, with special details, experiences, and ways to celebrate in all four theme parks. It's going to be an amazing party!

Disney's All-Star Music Resort is scheduled to open on September 16, 2021. At this time, we don't have details about the resort's scheduled refurbishment but stay tuned to the Disney Parks Blog. When Disney's Polynesian Village Resort recently reopened, they shared gorgeous photos from the newly-refurbished rooms - there was even a commemorative DOLE Whip at the resort's Pineapple Lanai to celebrate!

On the Room Rates webpage for Disney's All-Star Music Resort, you can see photos of the refurbished Preferred Rooms, Standard Rooms, and Family Suites. The standard Guest rooms are similar to the rooms at Disney's Pop Century Resort - I've stayed in those rooms, and they're so functional, with a Table Bed (the bed pulls down from the wall and is very comfortable), lots of outlets, and great storage options.

Have so much fun planning your visit, Migdalia! We're here to help if you have any more questions as you count down the days.

    Wishing you a magical vacation,
