Hey there, Cara. Thanks for visiting us here at
planDisney with your question!
Disney's All-Star Movies Resort is such a great resort to stay at. It was actually one of the first places I stayed when I visited Walt Disney World as a little girl for the first time. It holds a lot of special memories for me. I think you'll be happy to know that all of the Resort Hotels at Walt Disney World will hold your luggage for you on check-in and check-out days.
What you'll do is visit the Bell Services counter which can typically be found near the lobby, inside or outside, of the hotel. There, the Cast Member helping you will take your things, count the pieces and give you a small receipt to hold on to. When you want to retrieve your things, you'll show that receipt at the counter and they will go and get them for you. If you have a lot of things, you can also use the in-room phone to call down to Bell Services and request someone come up there and get your luggage for you. This is a complimentary service to use but I do like to tip the Cast Member helping me a few dollars. They work hard and are always super appreciative.
Disney's All-Star Movies Resort recently went through a renovation and all of the rooms got a modern update. They are so nice! The update brought some fresh and fun new furnishings to the room and I think you will really enjoy staying there. If you have any other questions about your stay, please feel free to stop back by and
ask me. I'm here to help. Also, if you haven't already, head over to the new
