Hi Sherri,
Welcome back to planDisney! I'm so happy you've found the panel helpful as you plan your next visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth.
As a
guest at a hotel in the Disney Resorts Collection, you will have full access to all the complimentary Walt Disney World transportation options: the buses, boats, monorail and Skyliner. From the
All-Star Movies Resort, you will be a relatively short bus ride away from
Disney Springs.
The buses, which run about every 20 minutes, pick up in front of Cinema Hall at All-Star Movies. It takes about 15 minutes for the buses to get to Disney Springs, where you will disembark near the Town Center entrance.
If you have a dining reservation at Disney Springs, I would plan to be at the bus stop at least an hour before your reservation to allow plenty of time to wait for the bus, pass through security at Disney Springs and walk to the restaurant.
Speaking of food (which I love to do), can I suggest some of my favorites spots at Disney Springs? If you're looking for a quick service meal or a place to eat without a reservation, my favorites are
eet by Maneet Chauhan,
The Polite Pig and
Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar.
For a table service meal that usually requires a reservation, my family frequently turns to
The Boathouse,
Morimoto Asia,
Wine Bar George,
Raglan Road or
Jaleo. There are so many tasty options that it's hard to choose.
When you're ready to return to All-Star Movies, simply head back to the bus station and find the spot for your resort. (Note: As of June 28, 2026, guests boarding buses at Disney Springs must show proof that they are staying at a Disney resort or have a dining or experience reservation at a resort. So you or someone in your party will need to show a MagicBand, Key to the World Card or a MagicMobile pass to enter the bus loading area.)
Thanks for your question, Sherri. Please continue to reach out to us any time we can offer information or suggestions that will add magic to your Walt Disney World vacation.
Enjoy,
Wilma
