Do the All Star Hotels still share bus transportation with each other?

Hello and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

In my past visits to Walt Disney World, the All-Star Resorts were not sharing buses.  Of course, this is subject to change as, in the past, much of the decisions were based on crowd levels.  I tend to visit during peak seasons. During peak seasons or hours, the buses tend to have a direct drive from the resort to the parks.  However, during off-peak seasons and hours, buses may make an extra stop at another All-Star Resort.  Again, the crowd levels play a heavy role on the transportation changes.
