    Are there any standard view rooms at Disney Coronado that are in the casitas section? Or do you have to pay for preferred rooms to be in the casitas section at all?

    Buildings 4 and 5 in the Casitas section of Disney's Coronado Springs Resort does offer standard view rooms. However, if you book a standard view room, keep in mind you cannot reserve specific buildings or areas. You can request your desired location via your My Disney Experience account once the room is reserved, but the requests are not guaranteed. Simply click on "Room Location Requests" found under "Online Check-In Service." The only way to be sure you are staying in the Casitas section would be to book a preferred room. 

    I highly recommend using the Online Check-In service, Quinn! You receive a notification when your room is ready, and you can go straight to your home away from home without having to stop at the front desk of your hotel. It is so convenient!
