Are the standard rooms at the POP all stars more quiet during the day than the preferred? I have a 2 year old that will nap and does not sleep well with loud noises.

Hi, Kelli!   While you never know what unexpected noises can happen, if you want a quiet room, I would book a standard room since these are a bit farther away from the action.   When you book your room, ask for a room away from any pools.  A third floor room will be quieter since you won't have to listen to as much foot traffic outside, but I always like 1st floor rooms so I don't have to deal with steps or and elevator (especially if you will have a stroller.)    When you check-in, remind the cast member of your requests.   All requests cannot be guaranteed, but your cast member will work with you to get you the best room available!   Have a great vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
