Hi Tracie,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your question. Taking a midday break is one of my favorite Disney World touring strategies! Even though my kids are past nap age, we still head back for some quiet time in the room and a dip in the pool so we can return to the parks that evening feeling refreshed. It’s easy to get hot, tired, and cranky, and that is just not magical.
Your
theme park ticket allows you to leave and reenter the same theme park within a single day as many times as you need. You can pop back to your resort for a nap or swim, or head to another resort for a dining reservation or to explore. Keep in mind that if you do not have the Park Hopper ticket option, you will only be able to reenter the same theme park in a single day. You will need to go through security each time you reenter, so plan a little extra time for that.
Tracie, did you know there are
Baby Care Centers located in each theme park? With the age of your little ones, you will likely find these to be great locations for changing diapers, nursing or feeding, as well as nice spots to find some peace and calm. I also love this

Wising you a magical vacation,
Robyn
