    I “stalked” the dining reservation page and got lucky with a Sci-Fi reservation. How often do they place diners in picnic tables instead of cars. That would make me really sad after all of my (obsessive) efforts.

    Thanks so much for stopping back by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with another question for us. I'm more than happy to help! I know you must be getting excited about your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation since it will be here before you know it. I hope you're ready to make some magical memories and have LOTS of fun!

    Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant at Disney's Hollywood Studios is such a fun dining event, so I can see why you were working so hard to get that reservation. And I'm so glad that you were finally able to get it! There are a few regular tables in the restaurant but most of them are the car-shaped booths that you are looking forward to sitting in. So chances are good that you'll be seated in one of the booths, but I would just let the Cast Member know when you check in for your reservation that you would prefer a booth. Hopefully, they'll make sure to seat you in one then. Be sure to take lots of pictures while you're there and get yourself a milkshake too. You definitely deserve it after working so hard for the reservation!
