    We are at Stage 1 for planning a Disney trip to Orlando over the Xmas holidays for 2020. Our grandchildren will be 8, 6 and 5 yrs old at the time of our vacation. Please advise regarding type of accomodations, the dining package if it is a good option

     Visiting the Walt Disney World Resort during the holiday season is always magical. You and your grandchildren are sure to have a Grand Adventure together! It's my pleasure to help you plan a memorable stay. 

     There are over 30 unique Resort hotels to choose from at the Walt Disney World Resort. My family prefers the hotels in the moderate range like Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside. These Resort hotels offer many convenient amenities at a budget-friendly price and a few offer a 5th sleeper option, perfect for my family of five. You may also want to consider a suite or villa. These spacious accommodations are available in Value, Moderate, and Deluxe Resort hotels!

     One of the many benefits of staying at a Disney Resort hotel is the ability to add a dining plan to a vacation package. For my family, the Disney Dining Plan, in particular, is a must-do! We appreciate it for its value, flexibility, and convenience. Guests using this plan are entitled to one Quick-Service meal, one Table-Service meal, and three Snacks per day. This gives my family lots of dining options!
