Hi Christine and welcome back to planDisney!
Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground is my favorite Disney Resort! I just love the tranquility of the property and knowing I'm so close to the magic of Disney. Hearing the train whistle from Magic Kingdom Park from Fort Wilderness makes me smile from ear to ear.
You have a few options to get from
Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort to
Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. The first is to either walk or take a ferry boat over to
Disney Springs and then take a bus to Fort Wilderness from the Disney Springs bus loop. Taking a bus will drop you off at the Outpost Depot at Fort Wilderness, which is at the front of the Resort. I'm assuming that you'll be at Fort Wilderness for one of their activities, which are mostly at the Settlement Depot down by the marina, so once you get dropped off at the front of the Resort, you'll need to take an internal bus to the Settlement Depot for places like
Hoop-Dee-Do Musical Revue and
horse drawn carriage rides.
The next option would be to take a bus from Saratoga Springs Resort to
Magic Kingdom Park and then take a ferry boat over to Fort Wilderness. This will drop you off right at the Settlement Depot.
The final option is to take the
Disney Minnie Van Service, which is "door to door" private transportation operated by Lyft. These Minnie Vans are driven by Disney Cast Members and are a great way to easily get from one location to another without the hassle of transferring. While this option is not complimentary, it is the fastest and most comfortable way to get around.

Have a magical day!
