Hiya, Gladys, and thanks for bringing your question to
planDisney!
First off, I’m so sorry to hEAR about your sprained ankle… talk about poor timing with your arrival at the
Happiest Place on Earth tomorrow! However, I’m happy to report that the Disneyland Resort does offer both
wheelchair and Electric Conveyance Vehicle (ECV) rentals. ECV and wheelchair rentals are available daily on a first-come, first-served basis, and can be found to the right of the Disneyland Park Main Entrance. These rentals can be used throughout Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park.
If you prefer a length-of-stay rental, you can check out ScooterBug, which is a Disney-approved private mobility rental company in Anaheim. For more information, please visit ScooterBug.com/Anaheim, or call (800) 726-8284.
In addition, the Disneyland Resort ensures that Guests with mobility issues and disabilities are still able to access their favorite attractions! Check out
this page on Services for Guests with Mobility Disabilities to discover which attractions allow Guests to remain in their wheelchair or ECV, and which require Guests to transfer.
Since your injury necessitates use of a wheelchair, you can also ask Cast Members whether you can remain in your wheelchair throughout standard attraction queues, or they’ll offer you a return time at the attraction that’s comparable to the current standby wait.
Here’s the
Entertainment Schedule for your arrival day tomorrow, so you can start mapping out your magical plans! It looks like Disney California Adventure Park will close at 9:00 PM for Grad Nite, so if you’re park hopping, keep that in mind.
I hope this information helps you enjoy a stress-free visit, Gladys!
See ya’ real soon,
Kristin
