My spouse and I need to register for disability waiver. We will be visiting Disney in Florida on March 3, 4, 10, 11 we think. I understand we have to do a facetime interview with you and would like to proceed.

    Hi Laura! Welcome to planDisney.

Oh Boy! Looks like you are eyeing a soon arrival at Walt Disney World Resort during The World's Most Magical Celebration. Indulge in specialty-themed delights found in the 50th Anniversary Celebration Sips and Bites Guide. I have my sights set on Walt's Chili-Cheese Fries at Magic Kingdom Park and the Glimmer and Shimmer Blondie at Disney's Hollywood Studios.

A Walt Disney World Resort vacation offers to be both fun and inclusive. A major reason for this is the Disability Access Service (DAS) intended for those who have issues tolerating attraction queues. I encourage you to read the link provided to verify you qualify. Now, if you or your husband do in fact meet the criteria it is time to put a prequalifying plan in motion for a March 3, 2022, theme park visit. Prequalifying video chats must be completed no less than two days before your intended park visit. Video chat windows are available 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM. Wait times have been extensive, I recommend trying early or late in the day. When you are ready to chat click here. Your Disability Access Service is good for 60 days at Walt Disney World Resort.

During your visit, a friendly Cast Member will assist you in scheduling up to two one-hour return times for select attractions. Here is a list of available attractions.

If you do not conclude your video chat prior to your park visit, simply stop by Guest Relations found in all theme parks to register in person. A friendly reminder, Theme Park Reservations are now required prior to your park day. Here is the availability calendar to verify your choices.
