My spouse has a 5-day ticket with admission to 1 Park per day ticket. Can I transfer 3 days to another person such as Myself since we are not sure if he can return due to Health reasons? Planning to attend a Disney Wedding in March 2022.

    Hey there Sherry!

Thank you so much for sending us your question and welcome to planDisney, the most magical place on the internet. I see that your trip is coming soon, you must be so excited! And wow, Sherry! Attending a Disney Wedding - what could possibly be more magical than that? I am thrilled that you and your loved ones will be creating magical memories real soon, and I am honoured that you came to us during your planning process!

Now, let's talk about your tickets. Theme park tickets can get a bit confusing, but we're in this together. You and me, we're in a club now! First, I want to note that if your husband uses the first tickets of his 5-day ticket, you will not be able to transfer the remaining tickets to your profile. Indeed, once a ticket is used, it becomes non-transferable and cannot be relinked to another profile. However, it is possible to change the length of your tickets so that you can enjoy the Disney magic a bit longer. You can add days to your ticket in a few ways: online, on the phone with a Cast Member or in person at the parks. If you log into your My Disney Experience mobile app, you can click on "Tickets and Passes" in the three-bar menu at the bottom right of your screen. If you see the option "Change Ticket," this will allow you to change the number of days on your ticket and pay for the price difference. If you do not have that option, you will have to contact a Cast Member by phone, and they will be able to process this payment for you. Lastly, if you want to upgrade your ticket in the parks, you can do so at a Guest Relations window at the main entrance of any of the four parks. Just make sure that the ticket is not expired and that it still has at least one day left!

As for your spouse, I do want to note that unused tickets do not lose their value. Therefore, if they cannot visit and do not use their ticket, they will be able to reschedule it using the same "Change Ticket" function, or apply the value of this ticket to a future theme park ticket purchase of equal or higher value.

I hope this answers your question, Sherry, and that you have the best day ever on your next Disney vacation. If you have any other questions in the time leading up to your magical visit, don't hesitate to reach out. We're always happy to help!

Have a magical day and I am sending you and your husband all the pixie dust,
