Hi there, Ramona!
Welcome to
planDisney. I'm thrilled to hear you have an opportunity dine at Club 33 soon. You must be getting excited to explore the theme parks and enjoy your special meal at the
Disneyland Resort's most storied and exclusive restaurant!
I’ve had the pleasure of being invited to Club 33 for brunch twice and it was an amazing experience! The dress code for diners does specifically exclude flip flops. I interpret the mention of “sandals” as sports sandals one might wear for walking, hiking or water activities. Dress sandals-- whether they are flat, strappy, platform, wedge or heel sandals-- would certainly be appropriate, however. When in doubt, think of footwear you’d pair with your business casual attire or a “Sunday best” ensemble. Tank tops are also not allowed, but a tasteful sleeveless sundress should be perfectly fine and also comfortable to wear on a summer day in
Disneyland Park.
I also suggest checking with your sponsor for any dress code suggestions or preferences since you’ll be their personal guest. In my opinion, it’s always better to be a bit overdressed than underdressed, especially when you’ll be making memories and taking photos! Also, be sure to visit the merchandise case during your visit to see if a souvenir catches your eye. You don’t have to be a member of the club to make a purchase, and it’s always fun to bring home a little piece of the magic!
Bon appetit, Ramona! I hope you have a meal to remember at Club 33, and please feel free to send us more questions as your reservation approaches.
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
