I just spoke with Rosie, a csa at DW. She told me you CANNOT get into DW at 4pm for the Halloween Party, only at 7pm. She said the Mom's Panel is WRONG and only experiences a few moms have had. What is true?

Hi Amy!

This question is always a sticky one. I can vouch, from many, many years of personal experience, that we've been able to enter Magic Kingdom with our Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party tickets prior to 7 pm, and I know many others that have found this to be true as well. Now, whether or not that holds true for this year is anyone's guess.

Your special event ticket guarantees your admission to Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party which begins at 7 pm. It makes no guarantees for early admittance. I would not count on my ticket to get me in (if I didn't have a park hopper, for example) before that time, so I would make sure that I planned my day and dining arrangements prior to the party accordingly.
