    I spoke with a cast member and think I have a park reservation for an upcoming visit but cannot find it listed anywhere in My Disney Experince. I received Disney fastpass cards in the mail, so is that my reservation? We are going to Epcot on April 7,.

    Thanks for visiting planDisney with your question It's really great to hear that your Walt Disney World Resort stay is coming up so quickly!

    You can view the theme park reservations you make using the Disney Park Pass system by looking in the My Plans area of your My Disney Experience account. After you sign in to your My Disney Experience account, click on the My Plans link in the menu (it should be the first menu choice). Scroll down on the page to the area with the title My Plans, Reservations and Tickets. You should see a Daily Itinerary tab that will display your  Disney Park Pass theme park reservation. In your case, you should expect to see a Disney Park Pass for EPCOT with the number of Guests on the reservation, and the names on the reservation (your name and the names of any other Guests in your party who will be visiting the theme park with you.)

    You can also view the theme park tickets you purchased and linked in the same My Plans, Reservations and Tickets area. The tab next to Daily Itinerary is the Tickets & Memory Maker tab, and it will display the types of tickets you purchased and the names of the Guests to whom the tickets are assigned.

    You mentioned receiving FastPass+ cards in the mail. Currently, FastPass+ service is not available. I am wondering, might you be referring to your theme park tickets? 

    The note to keep in mind is that your theme park tickets and your theme park reservations are different, and both are required for theme park entry. To help make sure you are all set to enjoy the magic of the theme parks, I would suggest checking your My Plans area of your My Disney Experience account to confirm you see your theme park tickets and your theme park reservations. In the event that you don't see your tickets displayed, you can link the tickets you purchased to your My Disney Experience account, and then you can make theme park reservations using the Disney Park Pass system.
