Hey Carla, and welcome to PlanDisney!

First, congratulations on reserving your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation! I know that you are ready for all the excitement you are about to experience.

As you have described, I had a similar experience when I made a call to reserve a room-only reservation, but I quickly realized the problem. Once you receive your email confirmation, use that confirmation number and your last name to link the reservation to your My Disney Experience account. Once it is linked, you will be able to see all of your reservation details at that point.

If you placed the order for your customized MagicBands, you should see them arrive at your home in about 2-3 weeks. Kudos to you for getting them ordered early, as that helps to avoid a MagicBand you want not being available.
