Hey, Natalee! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am so excited for your trip to the place "where dreams come true" in just a few days.
There is no more magical experience than dining with Disney royalty and
Akershus Royal Banquet Hall is the perfect mix of Norway and Disney magic. Make sure to try the appetizer buffet called "Taste of Norway" included with your meal at lunch and dinner. We loved the cheeses and fish on the buffet and my entree of Laks - Grilled Fillet of Salmon was one of the best in Epcot.
Typically, you will find Snow White, Cinderella, Belle, Princess Aurora, and Ariel visiting friends and signing autographs. I have known Mulan to show up from time to time. Please know that some Disney Princesses are very busy with their own kingdoms and may not be present during your visit. They will make sure one of their friends fills in to spend time with you.
Yes, Akershus Royal Banquet Hall is located in the Norway pavilion in the Epcot World Showcase and does require a valid theme park admission. To attend Magic Kingdom Park and Epcot on the same day will require a
Theme Park Base Ticket with the Park Hopper Option. There are no special passes. Let me suggest three options. First, you can see if there is a reservation on the day you visit Epcot. Second, is that you can switch your Magic Kingdom Park and Epcot days. The third option is to add the Park Hopper Option to your Theme Park Base Ticket to have access to all theme parks each day.
Disney Dad Tip: Meeting Disney Princess is a real treat. Make sure to ask them some personal questions. I asked Snow White about the Seven Dwarfs and Ariel about Flounder. Their answers are the best.
Natalee, enjoy making many delicious and Magical Memories.
