We're splitting our trip between two resorts, which required making two separate reservations. I'm told I can begin making dining reservations 60 days before the 1st day of my 1st reservation. Can I book ADRs for our whole stay on that same day?

    Hi Bob!

    Thanks for stopping by planDisney!

I'm excited to hear that you'll be enjoying a split stay during your visit to Walt Disney World Resort! I love to enjoy multiple Disney Resort hotels during a magical visit because it allows me to experience each hotel's unique theming during each stay!

Dining reservations are a great way to enjoy amazing culinary experiences during your vacation. If you're staying at a Disney Resort hotel, you can start making your dining reservations 60 days in advance of your check-in date for the length of your reservation (up to 10 days of your stay). Unfortunately, you won't be able to make reservations for your entire trip 60 days in advance of the check-in date of your first resort reservation as you'll only have access to dining reservations on the dates associated with that hotel reservation. So you'll be able to make your dining reservations for the first part of your trip 60 days in advance of your first check-in date and then you'll be able to make reservations for the second portion of your trip 60 days in advance of the second check-in date.

Bob, keep in mind that you can also begin booking experiences from the Enchanting Extras Collection 60 days in advance of your check-in dates for the duration of your stay (up to 10 days of stay). These special experiences are extremely popular, just like dining experiences, so I recommend that you make reservations for these tours, recreational activities, and other experiences as soon as possible, along with your dining reservations!

Here's a pro packing tip for split stays: I recommend using packing cubes to separate your clothing for each portion of your trip. This way, you can take a few cubes out of your luggage when you get to your first hotel room, use the items in those cubes during that stay, and then your packing will be easy when you're ready to transfer to your second Disney Resort hotel!
