Splitting stay in Nov with Pop Century and Art of Animation Mermaid room. I drink tea quite often (wake up, before sleep, etc.) and I cant seem to find if they have a coffee maker in room to make tea. Can I bring an electric tea kettle with me?

    Hi, Melinda!

OK, let's get the bad news over first! There are no coffee makers in Value Resort rooms and it would be against fire code to bring any type of electric kettle or appliance. The only Value Resorts with coffee makers will be the Family Suites.

Ready for the good news? You can get hot water near the beverage station at the food courts. If you can bring along your mug and tea, simply fill up with the hot water and you can enjoy your morning, afternoon, or evening tea!

If you have the Disney Dining Plan, you will be give a refillable resort mug good for your length of stay, so hot tea would be one of the refill options. If not on the Disney Dining Plan, you can purchase a mug, good for your length of stay.

I hope you find a way to enjoy your favorite beverage during your magical stay at Art of Animation and Pop Century!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
