We are splitting up our 2017 Disney Resort stay between a moderate resort and a deluxe resort. I have heard that the staff will perform the move for you. How does that work and how would it be possible to tip the people involved in the move?

    Hi Michael,

My family regularly stay at more than 1 Disney Resort hotel during our 2 week trips to the Walt Disney World Resort and have in actual fact just recently returned from a split stay at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort & Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort.

I am pleased to be able to tell you that Bell Services will indeed be more than happy to transfer your luggage from any of the Disney Resort hotels to another for you which means that all you have to worry about is enjoying your day at one of the Disney Parks, not the hassle of transferring your luggage.

In order to organise this, all you need to do is to contact Bell Services on the day that you are checking out of your first Disney Resort hotel, explain that you would like your luggage transferring to your second Disney Resort hotel and they will take care of everything for you.

Once you have contacted Bell Services a Cast Member will come to your room to collect your luggage and will then arrange for it to be transferred. Once you have checked-in at your second Disney Resort hotel (later that day/evening), you can either go to Bell Services to retrieve your luggage to take to your room with you or call Bell Services once you are in your room to request that your luggage is brought to your room.

We normally tip the Cast Member who comes to collect our luggage from our room at the first Disney Resort hotel as well as the Cast Member who brings it to our room at the second Disney Resort hotel once we have checked in.

Wishing you a magical trip filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
