We have a split trip planned for June 2014, anywhere planning on staying at the Beach Club Club level. I've heard that this area is scheduled for a renovation around this time. Should we consider changing resorts? Thanks!

    Hi Kristi!

Thank you so much for your question. In order to answer your question, I did a little leg work and contacted Guest Services at Disney's Beach Club Resort and Disney Resort Hotel Reservations. The cast members informed me that the club level will be under renovations sometime in 2014, but the dates have not been confirmed yet. Resort Hotel Reservations checked availability for the club level accommodations for the end of May and all of June and said that no rooms have been blocked off due to any scheduled maintenance. I would say, go right ahead and book your reservation. If the resort ends up starting the renovation around the time of your stay, Resort Hotel Reservations and the cast members at Disney's Beach Club Resort will make sure to place you in similar accommodations somewhere within the resort, or at another Deluxe Resort. Also, they will make sure to inform you as soon as possible, so there are no unnecessary surprises right before your vacation.

I hope this answer helps you with your vacation planning, Kristi. If you have any more questions before your trip, feel free to stop by and ask us at any time.

    Have a fantastical Disney day!
