Can we split a ticket between dining plan and cash? I do not want to waste 2 credits for a 14 year old that will only eat a kids meal.

Hello and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I am glad to hear that you have added the Walt Disney World Disney Dining Plan to your upcoming WDW vacation.  The DDP is a great way to keep your food budget in check while enjoying great food.  You cannot go wrong with any DDP.

You can certainly ask your Cast Member, once you are seated, that you would like to pay for your meal by using some DDP meal credits for half of the bill.  I have asked them to do this in the past and there has never been a problem.  I am sure they see this all the time.

Diane's Tip of the Day:  Looking for some great Disney souvenirs?  Visit the Shop Disney Parks App for some great merchandise.  There is something for the whole family.  You'll love it!

Have a MAGICAL day and "SEE YOU REAL SOON!"
