Greetings Diem and welcome back to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with another great Walt Disney World Resort planning question. I'm excited to hear your trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth is just around the corner!
My family and I love to experience various options in the
Disney Resorts Collection so we often end up doing split stays. It's a fantastic way to explore more than one resort on a
Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Our last trip included a stay at
Disney's Boardwalk Villas,
Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, and
Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Jambo House. Each resort had a unique theming and we loved it all!
A split stay has two separate hotel reservations, each with its own 60-day
advance booking window for dining reservations as well as
Enchanting Extras. You'll be able to reserve your first set of dining reservations 60 days before the check-in of the first resort stay. These reservations can be made for the length of the first stay. Then, 60 days before the date of the second check-in, you can make the dining reservations for the remaining portion of your stay.
My favorite table service dining is at
Le Cellier Steakhouse, located in the Canada pavilion at EPCOT, it feels like home! You'll feel like you're in a château-style hotel like Ottawa's Fairmont Château Laurier or Quebec City's Fairmont Le Château Frontenac. My recommendation is to try the Signature Poutine, the Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup, and the Le Cellier Filet Mignon, followed by the dessert grand finale: a Maple Crème Brûlée. All this talk about food has me hungry!
Diem, I hope you've found this information helpful for your fast-approaching vacation. I hope you can relax and sleep in while still filling your theme park days with fun and adventure with family and friends. Please visit

Cheers,
Candace
