Hello there, Adam! Welcome to planDisney!
I am a huge fan of split stays and a Disney Cruise! While I have yet to plan a vacation like yours, I can only imagine the excitement you’re experiencing as you get closer to visiting
The Most Magical Place On Earth and
Where Magic Meets the Sea!
When planning a magical Disney trip with a split stay and a Disney Cruise in between, it's important to know how the
Lightning Lane Multi Pass booking process works. To book a Multi Pass for the entire stay, there must be a continuous stay at
Disney Resorts Collection hotels without any breaks. Unfortunately, the Disney Cruise Line does not count as a continuous stay, which means you cannot book the Lightning Lane Multi-Pass for the whole trip at once.
For your trip, you'll need to make separate Lightning Lane reservations for each hotel stay. You'll be able to book for the first part of your stay (Sat-Mon) when your booking window opens seven days prior to arrival, and then you'll need to wait until the booking window for your second stay (Fri-Sun) opens to make those reservations.
Adam, if you haven’t yet sailed with Disney Cruise Lines, you are in for a real treat. My fellow
Class of 2024 planDisney panelist and I were fortunate enough to cruise on the
Disney Dream and relax at Castaway Cay. I don’t think it would take a monocle to see that we thoroughly enjoyed Skyline, Meridian, and trivia at Evolution. If you have any questions about your ship,
submit me or
my friend JoVonn a question!
I hope this helps, and I wish you a wonderful time at Walt Disney World and on your Disney Cruise!
Best,
Brent
