I have a split stay planned in November. I am staying at the Polynesian for 2 nights then Bay Lake Towers for 3 nights. Do I need to physically go to Bay Lake Towers in the morning to check in? Or could I have the Bell Hop take my bags, head to the park?

    Hi Sheena,

Split stays at Walt Disney World Resort are a fabulous way to experience all that two (or more) hotels have to offer during your vacation. You certainly have picked two amazing places to stay for your upcoming trip. The Walt Disney World Resort hotels on the monorail loop near Magic Kingdom Park are all spectacular.

I have good news for you regarding the day you will conclude your reservation at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort and commence your time at Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort. If you call or visit Bell Services at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort the morning of your departure, they will happily take your luggage and see that it is transferred to Bay Lake Tower. (Be sure to keep any necessary medication with you as it may take a few hours for your bags to reach their destination.)

Therefore, after entrusting your belongings to Bell Services, you can head out to whatever theme park or water park you desire. When you have concluded your activities for the day, just go directly to Bay Lake Tower. If you check in online, the Cast Members there will text you your room number and you can bypass the check-in desk and head directly to your room when they alert you that it is ready. It seriously couldn't be any easier.

Enjoy every magical moment of your upcoming trip!

    Best wishes,
    Jill
