We have a split stay over July 4. I know that Disney will handle moving luggage, but what about groceries? Want to have groceries delivered to first resort and hoping Disney would move with the luggage to second resort. Thanks.

    Hi, Lori!

Whatever you have packed up for bell services will be what is moved to your new resort. Bell Services will be unable to unload your refrigerator for you, but if you pack the items securely in bags that can be transferred, that would be fine.

Remember that check-out is at 11am and your new room may not be ready until after 3:00pm so any perishable items that you pack will be unable to be cooled for several hours. Keep this in mind when stocking up on grocery items.

I hope you enjoy both of your resorts during your summer vacation to Walt Disney World!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
