I have a split stay at Disney World - 1st part with DDP and 2nd pay out of pocket for dining. Can I use my remaining credits on check-out day of the 1st part if I have checked into the 2nd part (need to for the free water park perk).

    Welcome to planDisney, Deborah!

Split stays between Disney Resort hotels can be the best! You get to explore the unique theming, dining options, and of course, the pools that each resort offers. They can also be a bit confusing when it comes to whether the perks from one stay carry over to the next.

Deborah, I am happy to report that you will be able to use any remaining meal and snack credits from your first stay until midnight on the date of your checkout. This means if you are leaving resort number one on a Thursday and heading to resort number two, you can use those Disney Dining Plan Credits until the clock strikes twelve and Friday arrives.

Having two Disney Resort hotel reservations also means you will have two chances to visit a Disney Water Park. You will get complimentary admission to a water park on both of your check-in days. This summer is the perfect time to enjoy this perk! Both Disney Water Parks will be open starting in May. That's a pretty magical start to the summer!

    We'll see ya real soon!
