Hey, howdy, hey Stephanie and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. A split Disney Resort Hotel stay with 5-Day
Theme Park Tickets with Park Hopper Option sounds "practically perfect in every way" to kick off the summer.
I agree with you. It seems to me that your ticket should have a longer use time. Typically, 5-Day Disney Theme Park Tickets are valid for any five days within an eight day window. If you arrive on June 4, 2019, then you should be able to use your tickets for any five days (can be non-consecutive) up to and including June 11, 2019. I would contact Disney about your
Disney Parks Hotel Package plus Tickets to discuss why your ticket is only valid through the check-out date of your first Resort hotel. You may reach a Cast Member at (407) 566-4985. Guests who book through a third party or an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner will need to contact them for information about their Disney vacation.
Disney Dad Tip: A magical service to split stayers is that Walt Disney World Resort Cast Members will happily transfer your luggage to your second resort. On the morning of check-out from Resort A, please take your items to Bell Services and they will transfer them to Resort B. The transfer time could be 30 minutes to several hours so you should expect delivery by the time you finish a fun day in the theme parks. You may also ask for a phone call to confirm delivery.
Stephanie, enjoy making many Magical Memories.
