Hi there, Debra! Welcome back to planDisney, it's great to see you here once again as you're getting ready to head to
Walt Disney World Resort this fall. Let's dive right in and chat about how to navigate your split stay so that all of your (Donald) ducks are in a row for your all-important
dining reservations!
I dearly love a split stay, as you can experience multiple
Disney Resort Hotels during your vacation. Your trip is shaping up to be pretty epic, including three fabulous
Disney Vacation Club resorts! While
Disney's Riviera Resort is still on my DVC bucket list,
Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge and
Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa are among our family's favorite places to stay when we visit. It's going to be an incredible trip!
For the purposes of making dining reservations and booking
Lightning Lanes, each leg of your trip is considered a separate stay. This means that you'll have a little extra legwork as you plan the trip, as each individual resort reservation will have a different 60-day mark for dining, and a 7-day mark for Lightning Lanes. I recommend putting the dates on the calendar so you're ready to pounce on the day those bookings become available!
Debra, Bell Services will be your best friend during your November vacation as you move between resorts. On your check-out days, simply drop your bags with them, and they will whisk them to your next destination like magic! Be sure to hang on to any must-haves like medications, sunscreen, or swimsuits that you might want to have handy at the next resort, as it may take some time for bags to arrive.
I hope this information is just what you need to nail down plans for your trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth! If our planDisney crew can help with any other questions as your vacation approaches, please come back and see us again - we're all EARS!
See Ya Real Soon!
Susan
