We have a split stay - 12/3-12/5 at Boardwalk and 12/5-12/10 at Coronado Springs. The Boardwalk reservation has our PH tickets attached to it. The email said the tickets are good til 12/10 but the MDE app says 12/5. Which one is right??

Hi Kristine! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Hooray for your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort split stay! My family experience our first split stay last year and we loved it even more than I thought we would. It was really fun to be immersed in two different themes during our visit. You will love it!

Your ticket confirmation email should have the correct information on it regarding your Walt Disney World theme park tickets. The new theme park ticket policies that were implemented on October 16, 2018 have various expiration dates and you can find the expiration chart at the link I included above. Since your My Disney Experience mobile app lists a different expiration date, however, I strongly encourage you to call and speak with a Cast Member to make sure your tickets are good to go for your entire trip. I would also print out the email confirmation that you have so if any issues arise, you have the confirmation to show Guest Relations or the Disney Resort hotel Front Desk, and you can get it corrected.

I hope you have an amazing vacation, Kristine! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
