    Hi, If we have a split reservation, the first 3 days are hotel only but the next 7 are vacation package with Disney Table Service Dining Plan, are we allowed to claim our refillable mugs upon arrival since they are valid for 14 days?

    Thanks for bringing us your delicious dining plan question. I’m a big fan of the Disney Plans, especially now that my kiddos have begun to appreciate foods other than chicken strips and hot dogs. Now their dinner requests include Chefs de France and Tiffin’s, and not just Casey’s Corner, so it's nice to have a set cost to budget towards. 

    I hate to be the bearer of disappointing news, but unfortunately, you aren’t able to claim a mug as part of your Disney Dining Plan until the plan is active. That would be the day you check in for the second part of your split stay. You are certainly welcome to purchase a mug for the first part of your stay, but this would be an additional cost. Mugs can be found at Disney Resort Collection hotels’ quick service restaurants or select merchandise locations.
