Can I split my dining credits between a restaurant and its lounge? For example: Could I go to Nomad Lounge before my reservation at Tiffins and get a drink and app, and then get my entree and dessert once I'm seated inside, and it count as two credits?

It's great to see you here today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Shelby!

I'm so glad that you've come to ask about two of my favorite dining locations that happen to be right next door to each other, Nomad Lounge and Tiffins Restaurant at Disney's Animal Kingdom. I love both of these places so much that I have reservations and plans to visit quite a few times before the end of the year! I swear I have recurring dreams about the Chicken Satay and the Annapurna Zing, and my husband wants to order the Surf and Turf every single time we go.

I also love using the Disney Dining Plan when I'm on vacation, and redeeming those two Table-Service credits at Tiffins Restaurant for an incredible signature meal is a great idea. My family also really enjoys starting our meal at Nomad Lounge with some small plates and signature cocktails, but they do not participate in the Dining Plan. You're more than welcome to enjoy the lounge space at your leisure, and then you can settle the bill when a Cast Member lets you know your table is ready. Make sure you save some room for your meal because you'll want to enjoy every single bite of your Braised Lamb Shank or Butter Chicken.

    Have a magical day, Shelby!
