Hey, Stephanie!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! What a fun question. Disney Parks does not shy away from having an experience for everyone and on hot summer days, there is nothing like a refreshing splash pad moment.
There are water areas at both Magic Kingdom Park and Epcot. If you look at a map of Magic Kingdom Park search for
Casey Jr. Splash 'N' Soak Station (currently #56) in the Storybook Circus area of Fantasyland. It will be on the upper right side of the map. You will need a towel after this experience because there is water everywhere. Circus cars with happy giraffes and elephants inside spray water from their mouths or trunks as Guests frolic in the middle. It will be a soaktacular time.
At
Epcot, on the main path from Future World to the World Showcase, across from the
Disney Phineas and Ferb: Agent P's World Showcase Adventure, there is an oval splash pad with both leap frog and vertical fountains. Kids get drenched. There are other water fountain features around but none to play in.
Disney Dad Tip: Your towels and swimsuits will be soaked. If you did not bring a bag to put them in, just walk in a merchandise location and ask for a large plastic Walt Disney World Resort Bag. This will keep your wet items separate. You may also
rent a locker to store these items if you don't want to carry them around.
Stephanie, enjoy making many splashtastically Magical Memories!
