Hi, there!
Welcome to planDisney, Nathan. I'm so happy you stopped by and even happier to hear you'll be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort in just a few days! There's no place I'd rather be, that's for sure.
As a teacher and a mom of three school-aged children, I always visit the Walt Disney World Resort with my family in the summer months. And boy, that Orlando sun
does get warm, doesn't it? Luckily, there are lots of ways to cool off in
and out of the theme parks!
I'm not exactly sure which splash pad you're asking about. I can tell you that, unfortunately,
Casey Jr. Splash 'N' Soak Station at Magic Kingdom Park is temporarily unavailable. But not to worry! Head to the Tiki Statues in Adventureland. It's the perfect place for a quick cool down! At EPCOT, there's a splash pad right next to Test Track. Isn't that convenient?
And don't forget there are plenty of you-may-get-wet attractions in the theme parks. On hot days, you won't want to miss
Kali River Rapids and
Splash Mountain. You'll surely be splashed! I've even walked off
Frozen Ever After and
Pirates of the Caribbean a bit wet!
Will you be a Guest of the
Disney Resorts Collection for your upcoming visit? If so, I recommend taking a break in the afternoon to leave the theme parks and return to your Disney Resort hotel for a refreshing dip in the pool. You can return to the theme parks in the evening to enjoy some nighttime magic!
I hope this was helpful, Nathan. I'm wishing you a magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
Ashley
