    Will Splash Mountain be opened at the end of August?

    Hello Sarah! That’s a great planning question! As you have probably heard, there are some big changes coming to the Disney mountain range! Splash Mountain will eventually undergo an exciting transformation to be rethemed to the Princess and the Frog!

    At the present time, it appears that Splash Mountain will remain open for late August 2021. I just checked the refurbishments that are currently scheduled for Magic Kingdom Park. Splash Mountain does not currently appear! All Guests can check the refurbishment schedule on the Disney Day Calendar! It’s a very helpful planning tool. Please note that refurbishments can be changed, added, and updated with little to no notice, so check that day calendar frequently as you continue planning!
