    Hi, it's splash mountain at Disneyland closing on May 6th???

    Hello there Hector, and welcome to planDisney, we're so glad you're here!  

    Great question Hector, and Splash Mountain at Disneyland Park will be closed starting May 31, 2023, and the last day of operation will be May 30, 2023.  It looks like you will be arriving a few weeks prior to the closure, so hopefully you'll get to experience the attraction one more time if that's a priority for you and your family!  

    When one door closes, another one opens, and I am so excited to see the transformation of Splash Mountain to Tiana's Bayou Adventure, which is expected to open in late 2024.  The Disney Imagineers always do such a wonderful job of making updates and enhancements to attractions over the years, and I have no doubt that Tiana's Bayou Adventure will be a wonderful addition to all guests of the Disneyland Resort!
