Are there spin classes or aerobics classes offered on the 7 day Disney cruises?

There is an Aerobics Studio and Fitness Center located on Deck 9 Forward within the Vista Spa with hours approximately 6:30 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.

The Fitness Center offers a place to use the various fitness equipment which includes treadmills, stair-steppers, stationary bikes, Cybex weight machines, free weights and more. It inspires your work-out with a commanding view of the ocean looking out the bow of the ship.

Use of the fitness room is free and does not require an appointment, however on busier at-sea days, you may need to wait for the more popular treadmills.

This is where spinning classes do indeed take place! Group Cycling or Spinning times are listed in the Personal Navigator and are often offered a few times during the week around 8:30 a.m. and also at least once around 3:00 p.m.

The Aerobics Studio offers an assortment of free classes. You’ll find information in your Personal Navigator and should sign up ahead of time as space is limited. Classes may include “Stretch and Relax” and “Ab Attack”. Aerobics are also offered on some days at approximately 8:30 a.m.

For more fun fitness, check out the activities that may be offered on Castaway Cay such as a Power Walk, Yoga on the Beach and an early morning 5K.
