We are spending 2 weeks at WDW this summer. If we purchase the refillalbe mugs can we use them in the resorts and the parks?

Greetings from a fellow New Jersey resident, Vito!

I just returned from a wonderful vacation at Walt Disney World and my family purchased the refillable mugs at our Disney resort.  It didn't take long for us to make our money pack on the free refills that come with your mug purchase.  Drinks often run between $2-3 at Disney so if you fill up even once a day during your two week vacation, those drinks would easily cost more than twice what you paid for your refillable mug.  Plus, you get to take the mug home with you as a really cool souvenir.  The new 2011 mugs are adorable!  They show Mickey and friends enjoying a lovely day on the beach and the mug bears Walt Disney World's current theme, "Let the Memories Begin."

The refillable mugs purchased at your Disney resort can be filled an unlimited number of times with fountain beverages, coffee, tea, or hot chocolate only at the resort where they are purchased.  They cannot be used in the theme parks.  It is still likely, however, that you will find them a good deal considering the length of your upcoming vacation.

Wishing you a magical stay at Walt Disney World!
